Such consent may also be provided during registration for testing through the Football Talent Bridge website.
Does the testing guarantee acceptance into a football club?
No. The testing provides an objective assessment of a child’s athletic performance indicators, but it does not guarantee signing a contract or pursuing a professional sports career.
The purpose of the testing is to provide an objective evaluation of a player’s physical and game-related performance, determine their current level, and track progress over time through regular testing (every 3–6 months).
Does creating a player profile guarantee a trial or contract with a club?
No. Creating a player profile and presenting player information does not guarantee a trial, invitation to an academy, or signing a contract with a football club. Decisions regarding player selection are made solely by clubs and their representatives.
Creating a profile with structured information about the player and their development may increase the chances of attracting the attention of football clubs, academies, and scouts.
What is a player profile?
A player profile is a structured football player dossier that includes testing results, physical indicators, game-related characteristics, video materials, and key information about the athlete for further development and presentation to football clubs and academies.
Why is a player profile created?
The profile helps to:
• track the player’s development;
• objectively assess strengths and areas for improvement;
• present the player to football clubs, academies, and scouts;
• organize sports-related information in one place.
What information is included in the player profile?
The profile may include:
• physical testing results;
• anthropometric data;
• game-related characteristics;
• photo and video materials;
• the player’s position;
• general sports information and statistics;
• progress tracking through repeated testing.
Who can the player profile be shared with?
With the consent of the child’s legal representative, the player profile may be shared with football clubs, academies, coaches, or scouts for reviewing the player’s performance indicators and potential.
Is the player profile updated after repeated testing?
Yes. After repeated testing, the player profile may be updated with new results, allowing the player’s development and progress to be tracked over time.

Access to the player profile is limited to authorized representatives of Football Talent Bridge, the child’s legal representative, and, where appropriate consent has been provided, football clubs, academies, or scouts.
Can the player profile be used for admission to a football academy?
The player profile can serve as an additional tool for presenting the player; however, decisions regarding academy admission or player trials are made solely by the football club or academy.
